• User Content: posts, files, event details, messages uploaded by you or your group.
• Usage Data: IP address, device and browser information, activity logs.
• Parental Consent Data: verification details when minors sign up with parental consent.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information to:

• Provide and maintain our Services;
• Communicate with you (updates, support, security notices);
• Improve features and personalize your experience;
• Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms.

3. Data Storage and International Transfer

TheTownship uses Google Cloud to store and process data. Google Cloud may store data in locations outside the Philippines. Where data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards and contractual protections to meet applicable data protection requirements.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with:

• Service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processors) under contractual obligations;
• Club administrators to manage group spaces;
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law;
• Other users when you post public content.

Under the Data Privacy Act you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
